Refund Policy

Cancellations by you

Ticket sales are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed, as tickets are priced at a limited Early Bird rate. If you believe your purchase was made in error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong quantity), contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will review it.

Event cancellation or postponement

If Grand Food Fest is cancelled outright, ticket holders will be offered a full refund. If the event is postponed to new dates, existing tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates; a refund will be offered to anyone unable to attend the new dates.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
